Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence I Deborah Jane Heads do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Variation of a Premises Licence at 36-40 Tubwell Row, Darlington DL1 1PD and known as New Crombies Restaurant.The application is to: Extend hours for sale of alcohol on premises 11.00-23.00 hrs Monday to Sunday. Extend hours for Recorded Music 09.30-23.00 hours Monday to Sunday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 2nd November 2012. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
