NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Supermarine Sports Club Ltd has applied for a premises licence in relation to Supermarine Sports Club Supermarine Road South Marston Swindon SN3 4BZ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything similar to live music, recorded music or performances of dance, supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00. Any representations by an interested person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to The Licensing Authority Swindon Borough Council Wat Tyler House Beckhampton Street Swindon SN1 2JH, website: www.swindon.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 9^th May 2016 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
