NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Test Valley Borough Council on 12th October 2012 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Andover Trade Park, Joule Road, West Portwav Industrial Estate, Andover for the provision of late night refreshment forthe sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 8th November 2012 stating the
grounds for making said representa-tion to the: Test Valley Borough Council, The Licensing Section, Legal
& Democratic Service, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ. A record of the application can be inspected at the above address during office hours. Representations must be received bytheLicensingAuthorityby the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considenngthe application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement m or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
