NOTICE IS hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Paul Ronald ANTHONY of Place Farm House Residential Care Home, Ladies Mile Road, Patcham, Brighton 3N1 8QE, retired, who died on 15fh May 2011 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Hugh Anton-Stephens, Notary Public, White House, Arthur Street, Mont­gomery, Powys SY15 6RA, and to send such particulars before 24th December 2012 after which Peter Robert Alfred Birchwood as administrator and attorney for the next of kin Susan Margaret Earl will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall notfhen have had notice.
