NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Richard Arthur Conner late of 18 Mersey Road Witham Essex who died on 22 June 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor, Graham Conner, on or before 25th December 2012 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice
