Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased Phyllis Joan Clark, late of 160 Castle Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3SA, and previously The Pines, Bar Road, Helford Passage Hill, Mawnan Smith, Cornwall, TR11 5LF, who died on the 6th November 2011 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undermentioned Executor on or before 31st December 2012, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
