TAKE NOTICE that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by THE TRUSTEES OF THE LAMRON ESTATES PENSION SCHEME of Brinkletts House, 15 Winchester Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 8UE AND THAT on 29 August 2012 the Court Ordered that publication in the BASINGSTOKE GAZETTE of the presentation of such Petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of said Petition on you. The said petition will be heard at 10.00am on 26 November 2012 at Reading County Court (160-163 Friar Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1HE). IMPORTANT: If you do not attend at the hearing of the Petition, the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence.
