Notice is Hereby given that the following Application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in Accordance with the above act: Bedale Arts Centre, Fitzalan Road, Bedale, North Yorkshire, DL8 2EQ. Proposed Licensable Activities. To prove Regulated Entertainment facilities as described below: a) Plays, b) Films, e) Live music, f) Recorded music, g) Performances of dance, h) Anything of a similar description to that falling within e,f or g., i) Making music, j) Dancing, k) Entertainment of a smilar decription to that falling within i, or j. Monday- Saturday 09.00-23.00, Sundays, 12.00 -21.00. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than: 19 November 2012. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
