that Stewart Marshall of 9 Nimrod Way, Ferndown, Dorset, BH21 7SH has applied to the Judge at Salisbury County Court for a Bailiffs Certificate. Any person who knows a reason why Stewart Marshall is not a fit and proper person to be granted a Certificate should contact the Court Manager at Winchester County Court, The Law Courts, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9EL before the hearing date of 6th December 2012, 10am. The complainant should attend on this date to substantiate their complaint. Cost orders may follow.
