Application for Bailiffs Certificate

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Adrian Holman of 9 Nimrod Way, Ferndown, Dorset, BH21 7SH has applied to the Judge at Exeter County Court for a Bailiffs Certificate. Any person who knows a reason why Adrian Holman is not a fit and proper person to be granted a Certificate should contact the Court Manager at Exeter County Court, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1UH before the hearing date of 16th November 2012, 10am. The complainant should attend on this date to substantiate their complaint. Cost orders may follow.
