NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Vicars Cafe-Bistro Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 18-10-2012 for a licence to use the premises at Vicars Cafe-Bistro, Victoria Road, Bradford, BD18 3JS for the sale by retail of alcohol/ provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 12.00-23.00 Mon-Sat and 12.00-22.00 Sun. Representations should be made in writing to Environment & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 15-11-2012. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 18-10-2012.
