NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Mei Lin Tsang, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Counci l for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Golden Jade, 170 Fair Oak Road, Eastleigh. SO50 8HA

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The provision of late night refreshment.

The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 23rd October 2012 and 20th November 2012

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
