Application for a Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003-NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE.

 I Elizabeth Jane Bourroumane have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council on 16th October 2012 for the grant of a new Premises Licence for Iford Stores, 1223 Christchurch Road, Boscombe East, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 6BW to allow the following licensable activity: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only during the following hours: Monday to Sunday 06.00hours to 20.00hours.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations should be received no later than 13th November 2012 The Application Record may be viewed between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday at the above address. Under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000
