Notice is Hereby Given that the following Application has been Submitted to Hambleton District Council in Accordance with the above Act. Hackforth Village Hall, Hackforth, Bedale, North Yorkshire, DL8 1PA. Proposed Licensable Activities or proposed Variation of Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-names by not later than 15th November 2012. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
