It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale.

In connection with an application to vary a premises licence in force at the Kings Arms Hotel 19 Market Street, Woodstock OX20 1SU. Take notice that an application has been made by (2) David Sykes whose relevant licensable activities are (3) Sale of Alcohol By Retail to vary the premises licence by (4) 1.

Extending the Hours Permitted forthe Sale of Alcohol to 12.00 Midnight on Mondays to Thursdays Inclusive, 1.00 A.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 11.00 p.m. on Sundays. 2. A 30 Minute Period for Drinking up 3. Unrestricted Hours for Supply to Residents 4. the addition of conditions concerning management.
