Premises Licence - Pankaj Harish Raichura and Rajinder Kumar

TAKE NOTICE that Pankaj Harish Raichura and Rajinder Kumar who intend to trade from 149 London Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 3AN as a convenience grocery shop have applied to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence.

The proposed hours for sale of alcohol are 6A.M to 12A.M on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The application can be inspected at Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER and representations can be made within the next 28 days and must be made in writing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine of £5,000.00.
