Dorchester T.C. Civic Service of Remembrance

DORCHESTER TOWN COUNCIL
SUNDAY, 11th NOVEMBER

A Civic Service of Remembrance attended by the Mayor and Councillors in state, the Royal British Legion, Services and former Members of HM Forces and local organisations will be held at the War Memorial, South Walks, Dorchester commencing at 10.55am. All contingents should be in position no later than 10.50am. Members of the public are cordially invited to attend the event.

At 2.30pm there will be a short ceremony at the Memorial to German Prisoners of War in Fordington Cemetery to remember the millions of people of other nationalities who have lost their lives through conflict.
