THE LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that TWIN SAILS WHARF LTD has applied to the Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as:

TWIN SAILS WHARF, 23 WEST QUAY ROAD, POOLE, BH15 1HX

The proposed licensable activities are;

The Sale /supply of alcohol Sunday - Thursday from 1100hrs to 2330hrs, Friday - Saturday from 1100hrs to 0130hrs, the provision of regulated entertainment Sunday - Thursday 1200hrs to 2400hrs, Friday - Saturday 1200hrs to 0200hrs and the provision of late night refreshment Sunday - Thursday 2300hrs to 2400hrs, Friday - Saturday 2300hrs to 0200hrs.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 30th November 2012.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
