Notice is hereby given that I, Irene Lowson, has applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE GROVE, HUDE, MIDDLETON IN TEESDALE, BARNARD CASTLE, Co DURHAM DL12 0QW for a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities to residential guests only:- To provide the sale of alcohol from 6.00pm to 12.00 midnight Monday to Saturday inclusive and 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm Sunday. Also to provide recorded music from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm Sunday to Friday inclusive and 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm Saturday. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment.
