NOTICE of the Council's intention to dispose the freehold interest in land in accordance with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that East Sussex County Council intends to dispose of the freehold interest in a landfill site situated to the east of Lewes Road, Newhaven, East Sussex. A plan of the land mentioned above will be kept at County Hall, St Anne's Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE. Any objections to the proposed sale detailed above should be made in writing addressed to the Head of Estates & Corporate Asset Management County Hall, St Anne's Crescent, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 1UE by 14 December 2012.
