That notice be given in accordance with Section 63(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 that the Council proposes to appoint a stand for taxis as described in below.

Location Witney: Welch Way-North side. From a point 49 metres west of the centre line of its junction with High Street for a distance of 18 metres west. Number of Hackney Carriages 3.

Anyone wishing to make objection to the above proposal must do so in writing within 28 days of the date of publication of this newspaper.
