MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF ARISINGS FROM UNIVERSAL MARINA, RIVER HAMBLE
Notice is hereby given that Universal Marina has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake disposal of arisings from a maintenance dredge at Universal Marina.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Lockswood Library, Locks Heath Centre, Locks Heath, Southampton.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register atwww.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to fern.skeldon@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 15/11/2012 quoting reference MLA/2012/00423.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
