Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of David Davidson Clark who died on 10 October 2011 are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to Victoria L Robinson Solicitors of The Redlands Business Centre, 3-5 Tapton House Road, Sheffield, S10 5BY the solicitors for the Administrator of the estate by the 11 January 2013 after which date the Solicitors for the Administrator will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thererto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice.
