MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR PROPOSED MOORING WORKDS, RIVER HAMBLE/WARSASH

Notice is hereby given that The Crown Estate has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the removal and reduction of existing moorings and replacement with pontoon river moorings. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at both Lockswood Library, Lockswood Health Centre, Locks Heath, Southampton, SO31 6DX and Netley Library, Station Road, Netley Abbey, Southampton, SO31 5DT.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to ellen.moir@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Friday 23rd November 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00418.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
