We Crooners Champagne Bar do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 3 Houndgate Mews, Houndgate, Darlington, DL1 5SG and known as Crooners Champagne Bar. The application is to: Retail the sale of Alcohol on and off the premises from 10.30 to 23.59 every day Sunday through to Saturday and play recorded music (background only) from 10.30 to 23.59 every day Sunday through to Saturday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing and Marking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 11th December 2012. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
