The Church Commissioners have authorised the publication of a draft Scheme providing for parts of the detached churchyard at Providence Row in the parish of Durham St Nicholas in the diocese of Durham to be appropriated for ecclesiastical purposes. You may obtain a copy of the draft from their office or inspect it at the church of St Nicholas, Durham.
