SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of OLWYN DENISE MARKS deceased late of 7 MANOR ROAD, HURWORTH PLACE, DARLINGTON, COUNTY DURHAM, DL2 2HH who died on the 26th February 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest to the undersigned no later than the 30th June 2016 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and shall not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
