Application for a Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that an application for Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Middleham Key Centre which are situated at Park Lane, Middleham, DL8 4RA. The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows. Occasional provision of plays, live or regulated music at specific events, dance and supply of alcohol for on premises consumption at specific events and with purchased meals. The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Swale House, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL 10 4JE during normal office hours, (by appointment only). Ant representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 20/12/12. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
