PURSUANT to the Trusree Act 1925. Notice is given that all creditors and other having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Freda Marjorie Stabler late of "Daleholm", Reeth, Richmond, North yorkshire,DL11 6TY who died on the 16th day of December 2011 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry at Newcastle upon Tyne on the 15th day of August 2012 by Trevor Kirkley. The executor named in it is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 1st day of February 2013 after which the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assests of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands he then has not had notice.
