NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I William Henry John Arnold applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 21st November 2012, for a licence to use the premises at Unit 28, Shipley Indoor Market, Market Hall, Kirkgate, Shipley, BD18 3QV for the sale by retail of alcohol, during the following hours, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, 9am-5pm, Wed 9am-1pm. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 19th December 2012. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 30th November 2012.
