LICENCING ACT 2003

Martin Payne has applied to Christchurch Borough Council 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at The Clay Studio, Unit 2 The Fountain, 1-3 High Street, Christchurch, and proposes to carry on the following activities:-The sale of Alcohol, the playing of recorded music and late night refreshment.

The application is available for public inspection at Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ and www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 29 November and 26 December 2012.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
