NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at former ice rink site, Freemans Reach, Durham City. We give notice that Maple Oak Limited are applying to Durham County Council for full planning permission and conservation area consent for the demolition of existing buildings on the site and the development of new office accommodation for the relocation of NS&I headquarters, further office accommodation, restaurants/café, information kiosk, Archimedes Screw and public realm. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Head of Planning Services, Durham County Council, County Hall, Durham City, DH1 5UL by 28th December 2012.
