Notice is given that Orbmys Ltd has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Subway, Unit 11 - 12 Dolphin Centre, Poole.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Provide hot food and drink for late night refreshment, Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00hrs.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 8th January.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale £5000).
