NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Mrs. LORRAINE HELEN GREW deceased late of EAST ROUTENGILL, WALDEN, LEYBURN in the County of NORTH YORKSHIRE, DL8 4LE who died on the 9th day of May 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the under mentioned Solicitors before the 28th February 2013 after which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed by the Personal Representative among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which he has had notice.
