NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
PROPOSED development at: Land at Brighton Marina comprising the Outer Harbour, West Quay and adjoining land Take notice that application is being made by: Brunswick developments Group Plc To Brighton and Hove City Council for planning permission for the following: 'Minor material amendment to planning permission for mixed use development BH2006/01124 (as amended) to allow revisions to basement structures over Spending Beach and West Quay and associated landscaping and engineering works to accommodate revised car parking layout. Total number of car parking spaces and main access point to remain unchanged'
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Development Control Team, City Services Directorate, Brighton & Hove City Council, Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove BN3 3BQ within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
