Proposed development at Bellerby Methodist Chapel, Moor Road, Bellerby, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 5QY. Take notice that application is being made by Mrs Pauline Beckett of North Yorkshire Dales Methodist Circuit for planning permission to: Conversion of use from existing vacant chapel building to a 3 bedroom dwelling. Demolition of existing entrance vestibule and plant room/WC. Construction of new first floor in main chapel building and single storey lean-to extension to create a third bedroom/study, connected to existing building with a glazed atrium housing the new staircase.
