Notice is hereby given that a PLANNING APPEAL under Section 78 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for PLANNING APPLICATION for proposed development to form 33 retirement apartments for older persons, including communal facilities, car parking and landscaping.
Any owner* of the land who wishes to make representations about the application should do so within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN
