Statutory Notice to Creditors - Gillian Esme Cummings

The Estate of the late Gillian Esme Cummings late of 62 Blenheim Drive Oxford OX2 8DQ (The Estate) is being administered by Melanie Cummings and David Rickwood of Shaw Gibbs LLP in their capacity of Executors.

Anyone having a claim against the Estate is invited to make their claim in writing for the attention of Melanie Cummings at 35 Louise Street, Chester, CH1 4HP on or before 28th February 2013, after which date the Executors will distribute the proceeds of the Estate amongst those entitled under the Will and no further claims will be accepted.
