MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING

Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging works to retain basin depths at design levels. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the office of Marina Developments Ltd, Hamble Point Marina, Hamble, SO31 4NB.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to ellen.moir@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 03/01/2013, quoting reference MLA/2012/00281.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
