Application for Variation of a Premises Licence We, Booker Limited, of Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT apply for a variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Booker Cash and Carry, Banks Road, Darlington, DL1 1YB to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: Details of Variation: To vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off of the premises as follows: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-23:00, Sunday: 07:00-22:30. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Darlington Borough Council, D Block, Town Hall , Darlington, DL1 5QT. Representations must be received no later than 12th May 2016. The application may be viewed during opening hours at Darlington Borough Council’s Offices or at www.Darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
