Notice of application for planning permission accompanied by environmental statement town and country planning (general development procedure) order1995

Notice under Article 8 of Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

 Proposed development at Land off Howes Lane and Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester.

I give notice that Albion Land Limited is applying to Cherwell District Council for planning permission for ‘the erection of up to 70,767 square metres of floor space for B1 (b), B1 (c), B2 and B8 purposes (Use Classes); access off the Middleton Stoney Road (B4030); internal roads; parking and service areas; landscaping and provision of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDs) incorporating landscaped areas with balancing ponds’ and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. Members of the public may inspect copies of

At Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA during all reasonable hours until 15th February 2013.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Framptons, Oriel House, 42 North Bar, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 0TH as long as stocks last, at a charge of £400.00 for a hard copy and £60.00 for a CD.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about the application in response to this Notice should write to the Council at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA by 15th February 2013.
