NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

Ramside Estates Ltd

has applied to Durham County Council on the 15th January 2013 for the variation of a Premises Licence in relation to the premises Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield, Stockton on Tees,TS21 2EH to extend the permitted outdoor area to the south of main hotel building for the following licensable activities: Live Music Mondays to Sundays from 1000 to 0000; Recorded Music Mondays to Sundays from 1000 to 0000; Performances of Dance Mondays to Sundays from 1000 to 0000; Provision of facilities for making music Mondays to Sundays from 1000 to 0000; Provision of facilities for dancing Mondays to Sundays from 1000 to 0000; Late Night Refreshment Mondays to Sundays from 2300 to 0200; Supply of Alcohol Mondays to Saturdays from 0900 to 0200 and on Sundays from 0900 to 0000. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Unit Unit 1 Damson Way Dragonville Industrial Estate Durham DH1 2YN between Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Friday from 08.30 to 16.30. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the above address giving in detail the grounds of objection by 12 February 2013. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application which carries a maximum fine for which a person is liable and summary conviction of the offence up to level 5 on a standard scale (£5,000.00).
