NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I Mohammed Ikram give notice that I/we have applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 03/01/2013 for a licence to use the premises at Bolton Road News, 1041 Bolton Road, Bradford, BD2 4LN, West Yorkshire for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07.00 - 23.00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 03/02/2013. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 -16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 08/01/2013
