Witney Music Festival - Application for a Premises licence
Notice ID:NOTICE is hereby given that the Organisers of Witney Music Festival Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 10th January 2013 To use the premises known as The Leys, Witney In order to present an annual free music festival to be held for one day each year during April or May.
The festival will provide music for all-ages and tastes, and feature a variety of music, dance and supporting activities, such as arts and craft tents, food, alcoholic and soft drink bars, and local trade and interest groups.
The proposed timing for the 2013 festival is from 12:00 midday until 10:00pm on Saturday 27th April.
Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by 11th February 2013.
Any representations made must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm.
