Section 17 Licensing Act 2003 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that MR ABDUL DOYAS Has applied to Colchester Borough Council On 16th January 2013 for a PREMISES LICENCE For BOMBAY PALACE INDIAN RESTAURANT 14 MAGDALEN STREET, COLCHESTER, CO1 2JT

The proposed application is to permit hot foods and intoxicating liquor of all description for consumption & recorded music between the hours of 12 noon – 00.30am all days of the weeks Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her Representation by, 13th February 2013, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Section, PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester CO1 1FL The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.colchester.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
