NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL and VARIATION OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE To all persons whom it may concern. Notice is hereby given that Timothy Hemming of Simply Pleasure Limited, Unit B, Stirling Business Park, 6 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimbourne, Dorset BH21 7SH made application to Darlington Borough Council being the licensing authority for the purpose of Section 2 of the above Act for the Renewal of a license to use premises situate at 71 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JT. Any person objecting to the application must give notice in writing of such objection to the said Council Licensing, Town Hall, Darlington,DLI 5QT stating in general terms the grounds of such objection, not later than 28 days after 21st January 2013, being the date of application.
