Re: Thomas John Houghton, deceased Late of: 93 Devon Drive, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3GJ NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Any person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the above named, who died on 15 April 2012, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under mentioned Solicitors for the Executors of the deceased's Will on or before 29 March 2013 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased, having regard only to claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
