Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kenneth Hayes who died on the 22nd September 2012 and whose will appointed Caroline Jane Griffiths of 85 Corsletts Avenue, Broadbridge Health, West Sussex to be the Executrix thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to Gillian Gadd & Co Solicitors of 30 Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1SL, by the 15th April 2013, after which date the Executrix will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which she has then had notice.
