NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Saltaire Brewery Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 30th January 2013 for a licence to use the premises at Unit 6, County Works, Dockfield Road, Shipley, BD17 7AR for a variation of their licence to undertake licensable activities on an extended mezzanine bar within the main building and at the outside bar and patio area to the west of the main building and that the condition that the maximum number of persons allowed in that part of the premises where the licensable activities are taking place should be limited to 60 persons be removed. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 2nd March 2003. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 4 February 2013.
