NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES
LICENCE CERTIFICATE
I Mr. Reza Balouti of Donnino Takeaway HEREBY GIVE NOTICE That I intend to apply to theChristchurch Borough Council on the 24th day of January 2013 for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate at: 111 Bargates Christchurch BH23 1QH. For the following licensable activities (LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENTS) will be provided during the following times MON -THURSDAY 16.30 TILL 00.30 FRIDAY-SATURDAY 16.30 TILL 02.00 starting from the 28th of February 2013.
Any persons who wish to make representations in respect of this application should submit them in writing to: Chief Executives Department, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AZ, not later than 28 days from the date of the receipt of application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licence application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
